What needs to be fixed? The world's balance is very delicate. There are few heroes to face emerging problems including the release of an unjustly imprisoned Erik Lensherr seeking vengeance or a newly created Hulk.
Main feature: "Super" heroes and villains don't exist. No Fantastic Four, Spider-man, Avengers, SHIELD, X-Men, etc. This is in part, because the number of mutants in the world are at 616 Decimation levels. Those who do have special talents or abilities keep them quiet or use them for personal gain on a mundane level.
Though not all is as well as it seems. Eric Lensherr has been secretly imprisoned for the past fifteen years. Though the details of how and who's responsible are unknown, Lensherr has a group of supporters, calling themselves Factor Three, intent on breaking him out. Meanwhile, scientist Bruce Banner, has started his work on the effects of gamma radiation.
Featured Characters: Members of Factor Three, Hulk-related characters, core X-men, etc.
